How can you help with Our Mission? DONATE AND VOLUNTEER!
Apache Wells Community Church is so grateful to all who want to help us to: 1) get the Good News of Jesus Christ out to as many people as possible, and 2) assist those less fortunate than ourselves. Here's how you can help:
DONATIONS oR TICKET PURCHASES:
- CASH: You are welcome to bring cash donations during our Sunday services. There are donation envelopes available in the Narthex, if you need one. Please include your name, the donation amount, and any specific fund you want the cash to go to. If a fund is specified, please initial the disclaimer on the front of the envelope. If no fund is specified, we will consider the donation a tithing, and no initials on the disclaimer is necessary. Each January, you will receive a report of your giving for the previous year.
- CHECK or MONEY ORDER: Feel free to bring in your check or money order during our Sunday services. There are donation envelopes available in the Narthex, if you need one. You can also mail your check to:

- BILL PAY: You can use your bank's bill paying service if that's more convenient for you! It's an easy way to have an automatically recurring donation each week, month, or year. You will need our address (above) to get us set up with your bank as a payment recipient. If they ask for your "account number" with the church, use your Member/Envelope ID.
- CREDIT/DEBIT CARD: Yes, you can use your VISA, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS
credit or debit card to make one-time donations, set up recurring donations, or purchase tickets worry-free. Apache Wells Community Church won't store your credit/debit card information after each transaction. Plus, the transaction processing company we have contracted with (Vanco) is a member of the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (PCI SSC), and as such, are forbidden to store the entire credit/debit card number and other critical information after the transaction has been processed successfully, unless you give them permission to do so.
- In church: We have a physical credit/debit card reader ("swiper") here at the church for one-time donations and/or to purchase event tickets. The system will automatically send a receipt to your email address, but if you would like a printed copy of the receipt immediately, please see our Financial Secretary (Marilyn Montgomery), who can print one off for you.
- By phone: You can also call in to make a one-time donation or purchase event tickets using your credit or debit card! Ask for the Financial Secretary, Marilyn Montgomery, when you call.
- Online: Go to our website (apachewellscommunitychurch.org) anytime -- day or night -- to create a one-time donation, set up a recurring donation, or purchase event tickets. Here's how:
- When the HOME page opens, click on the "Login" link near the upper right-hand corner of the page to log into your existing AWCChurch account (if you don't have an account with us yet, please create an account for yourself or your family before proceeding). The information you provide will be used during the donation/ticket purchase process, but is not shared elsewhere.
- After logging in, and from the HOME page, click on the orange "GIVE" button near the upper right-hand corner of the page. You will be taken to a new page with colorful boxes (called "TILES") on a white background -- one "tile" for each type of donation or ticket purchase you may be interested in. The tiles displayed today will change throughout the year so be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page each time to see any tiles that may have been moved or added since your last visit!
- Click on the button shown inside the tile that interests you, and complete the forms that appear (in this order): (Donation/Purchase page > Add to Basket page > Payment page > Review and Submit page > Confirmation page). It's that easy!
- Once on the Add to Basket page, you can add additional donations or ticket purchases to your basket before moving forward to the Payment page.
- The Payment page is where you enter your credit/debit card information.
- The Confirmation page lets you know that a receipt is on its way to you using the email address you provided when you created your AWCChurch website account.
